Belfield innovatively combines residential and public function. The building has two underground levels, a ground floor and ten residential levels concluding with a penthouse on the 10th floor. The architectural image of the building is sought to correspond with the character of the locality – modern and forward thinking; achieved by using up-to-date building construction materials and technologies.
